Registration Fee — holds a spot for
your child and covers materials and supplies.
$50 per camper must be paid at time of registration. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Field Trip Fee — covers transportation and entrance/other fees for 4 field trips.
$120 per camper must be paid at time of registration. Field trip fees are refundable with one week’s notice that a camper will be unable to attend the field trip.
Camp Tuition Fees
Week 1 – $160 – due 6/21
Week 2 – $100 – due 6/21
Week 3 – $160 – due 7/8
Week 4 – $160 – due 7/8
Week 5 – $160 – due 7/19
Week 6 – $160 – due 7/19
Payable in one lump sum – 10% discount*
Payable in two-week increments
For 1st additional child from the same family, 10% discount on the weekly fee; each additional child, 15%.
Credit is not given due to absence.
Before Care (Optional) — experienced supervisors, educational videos and games, organized free play.
7 – 8:30 a.m. $20 per day due upon arrival; $75 per week due every Monday. Week 2 fees are $60.
After Car (Optional) — experienced supervisors, educational videos and games, organized free play.
4:30 – 6:00 p.m. $20 per day due upon pick-up; $75 per week due every Monday. Week 2 fees are $60.
Late Payment Fee
Payment is due according to the schedule above. A late fee of $10.00 will be added for each day after the tuition due date, unless prior arrangements are made with POPCCE administrative staff. After the second day, your child will not be admitted without payment and late fee charges.
