Thank you for choosing POPCCE!

We are looking forward to meeting your child and are certain that he/she will have a wonderful learning and fun experience.

As you know, POPCCE is housed at Whittier Education Campus, 6201 5th NW, Washington, DC, across the street from the Takoma Recreational Center and Park.

POPCCE will operate from June 24 to August 2 between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you need before or after care, please read the following carefully!!


BEFORE AND AFTER CARE

Before Care – Optional – experienced supervisors, educational videos and games, organized free play 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. $20 per day due upon arrival;
$75 per week due every Monday.
Week 2 fees are $60.
After Care – Optional – experienced supervisors, educational videos and games, organized free play 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. $20 per day due upon pick-up;
$75 per week due every Monday.
Week 2 fees are $60.



Please review the reminders below to ensure that your child has a good day every day!!

REMINDERS

  1. Send a healthy and nutritious lunch for your child every day!
    • Lunch time is from 12 to 1 p.m. daily except if we are out of the building on a field trip.
    • Lunch should NOT need refrigeration or warming!!
    • Healthy snacks are strongly suggested as part of lunch!
    • Snacks are a must for before and after care!!
       
  2. Wear clothing that is appropriate for an active summer day camp program!
    • Tennis shoes or sandals,
    • Shorts or jeans with cool washable tops; and remember to
    • Include rain wear for inclement weather.
       
  3. Health and Medical information must be completed online or submitted by Friday, June 21.
    • Immunization records are needed on the first day of camp, June 24!
    • Allergy information must be submitted online.
    • Additional health or educational concerns not submitted online should be provided on the first day of camp, June 24.
